Refund Policy


Refunds will be issued if a customer cancels a rental booking within 3 days after initial booking or 24 hours of actual booking. Refunds will be credited to the card in which the booking was made minus processing fees. Customers may request a different rental date or gift card in exchange for a refund. 

Non-returnable items include:

* Downloadable software products

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and issue your refund and/or gift card. If you choose to change your rental date please let us know 24 hours in advance.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Raffle or giveaway items may NOT be refunded, unfortunately raffle or giveaway items cannot be refunded. Although dates for raffle or giveaway items may be rescheduled.
